"DON’T WASTE YOUR $. I absolutely loved this store until I placed an online order. They instructed me to do a return by going to the nearest location for a full return however WARNING they do not give you a “full return”. They have a stupid policy that if you order online and it “ISN’T DAMAGED” they will not pay you back for shipping! WHAT!!?? So by bringing back a perfectly unused and undamaged item, I am being stiffed on shipping?! I called customer service and they said it must be damaged, so I replied...you would rather have a ripped or broken item back then one you can resell? So F$(@in stupid. You are better off going to Hobby Lobby as there deals are much better, and the quality is just as good if not better. I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service and a policy the makes no sense at all. Good job Kirkland’s on losing business."
"The employees at the Turkey Creek location in TN have been so friendly and helpful everytime I'm there! From decorating suggestions, to locating items, to questions & opinions, to helping load the car, they have always gone above and beyond in helping me when I've needed it. I would definitely recommend shopping at this particular Kirkland's location!"
