"Less than one star! Go to another store. Any other store. I came in yesterday to purchase a treadmill right then. It was 10:15 with two employees there. As I was looking at the treadmills on the floor, one employee brushed pased me without a word or acknowledgment. The other employee was behind the counter doing nothing. Not a word from either of them. I purchased a treadmill later that day, from somewhere else. Jerks!"

You have no way of knowing what condition it's in, and you'll end up paying a lot for delivery — these are very heavy pieces of equipment.
