"The store carries good brands. But..non existent customer service --What you get instead is curt, impatient, and rude statements. Dude supposed to help me was rushing the transaction, rolling his eyes, and visibly impatient with simple questions or musings. (It would have been okay if he'd told me he was finishing his shift. I would have understood and moved on to the next salesperson). So, is this how you treat folks who give you money? Wow. Bought one item. This will be the first and last time."

"I wish I could rate this place 5 because most of the time the people that work here are awesome and the selection is good. There is one guy in particular here that acts like you are wasting his time every time you enter the store. He makes passive-aggressive comments, literally rolls his eyes and genuinely seems to think he is better than you. I have shopped here for years and spent literally hundreds of dollars here. I have had plenty of conversations about music, anime, and other things with the other clerks, but I am going to take my business elsewhere because of this dude. Hope that was your goal bud."

"I love this store because of AMBER! She is so knowledgeable. The first time I walked in I had no idea what I was looking for. She spent time explaining everything to me, very patiently, even while she waited on other people (she was handling the store all by herself). She always says "hey!" when I walk in. I would drive 10 miles out of my way to shop at this particular store because of Amber. I never go anywhere else."
