"Update Nov 2023 - it now has self service check out! A basic grocery store. I usually find the day to day things I need, some with better prices than the competition. I don't understand why it doesn't have self service check out yet, but I really appreciate the ability to pay with my cellphone app. It is usually not busy."

"So sad when you decide to buy a lot at the grocery store you’ve shopped at for over 25 years (it’s 9 pm on a Tuesday night & very few customers are in the store ) and you ‘d like for someone to check you out but there are two women employees that are talking/laughing & don’t want to help you. I just chose self checkout and the male employee at self check out was so very helpful! Thank you so very much to this employee! Oh & the kind male employee asked the women if they’d help me but they chose not to! I will start shopping elsewhere!"

"This is a C grade Food Lion and I thought this store was improving . This store always seemed to have unhappy staff and leaderless management. Today I encountered the manager on duty who gave her name as Eldor. I was seeking a refund on a scan error from the day before. The manager treated me rudely and claimed that there was no error . I guess things have not changed here. Bad attitudes and dreadful customer service. Thankfully there is a Harris Teeter and Publix nearby. Food Lion needs to get control of this store."

"First time visiting this location near leesvile schools. It’s quiet clean and old fashioned. Ok stocked and usual stuff out like every other grocery store in Raleigh. No self checkout is only drawback I would say everything else about store is ok. It’s definite quieter than the lake Boone trail location I frequent. Will use this as backup location both the same distance."
