"I went to Fayetteville Walmart to buy a wagon. Dora and London were so helpful, as the website listed a different location and I was having difficulty finding it. They were polite, pleasant and helpful. I read the other reviews and I can only assume they did not meet Dora or London. Kudos to you both. Thank you Happy customer Not happy today! Lines sooo long and self check out is through the grocery dept. Wake up Walmart!!"

"BLUF: If employees don’t want to serve customers, THEY SHOULD NOT WORK AT A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS. Good luck with this place. You have a better chance getting someone to answer your phone call at the DMV. The order pick up service is TERRIBLE. I waited for 30 minutes to get my order. I had my 5 year old in the car with me. I watched several people pull up after me and get their orders before me. I also watched as a handful of people had obviously been waiting for at least as long as me and just left without getting their orders. The reason I didn’t do that was because I knew I would probably never get a refund. I finally asked the ONE kid who was running orders out where my order was, and why he was the only person working. He said “Usually when it gets busy like this everyone else goes on break.” I believe him. I told him that’s a management issue. I still had to wait as several other people got their orders before me (mine were ready before I arrived). Another female employee was walking around doing apparently nothing at all. She asked my name and said “Oh yea you’re orders coming up! I don’t know what’s taking so long.” I told her it’s probably because that one guy is the only one working. She shrugged her shoulders and said “MANAGEMENT.” Drive up service is garbage."

"If I could give a 0 I would. Tried to make an online delivery order for my son in college and the links they sent for the order wouldn’t work. I tried calling the store delivery, rang for 5 m and no one picked up. Then I called the operator and no one ever picked up, then it just stopped ringing. Does anyone pick up a phone ??? Had to call Pharmacy and they transferred me to a number. That hung up immediately. Called Pharmacy back because they’re the only ones who answer the phone and they gave my number to an employee who said they would call me and I never received a call. My son kept hitting the links that it said to go to and then it said it wasn’t working. So their computer system doesn’t work and nobody answers the phone. It always smells like pot outside of the store, I guess they’re just high and aren’t working. They were happy to take my money but aren’t doing their job I will never and I repeat never do this again. I will go through a reputable grocery store instead. I have wasted an hour of my time."

"First of all the outside of the store was not clean at all. There seemed to be quite a few employees just standing around staring off into the distance instead of working. I went to the customer service desk to try and put money on my cash app. I have never had an issue doing this. However the very rude customer service employee informed me that I needed to place my transaction in the money center. This person actually looked me up and down with a hateful look on her face and told me that she wasn't doing cash app transactions and that I needed to leave. I asked for a manager and was completely ignored! I finally walked off and went to make my store purchases and proceeded to exit the store. As I walked past the service dept the lady I was speaking to rolled her eyes and continued to talk to the lady that she was speaking to when I tried to get her to help me 15 minutes before. I guess she was so rude because I interrupted her leisure conversation with her friend because I actually needed her to do her job. Will never return to this store."
