"I hate that this store is the closest grocery store near me. It’s been 5 years and each time I visit the trip is worse. They are literally never stocked. The customer service sucks! One visit the cashier was literally using f bombs in every other word. I thought he was talking to me but he was cursing someone out using his EarPods. Didn’t acknowledge me the entire time. Had a big grocery order and knew I had loaded my coupons and would earn rewards only to get home and realize the cashier used her own mvp card. Too many times I’ve had to go back because a cashier charged me 2-3 times for the same item. I’ve had to throw out items that were just purchased ( meat, dairy, veggies) because they were old and smelly - the day of! Very unprofessional as they play and joke around constantly and inappropriately while leaving customers waiting. Literally happens almost every trip. There are never any carts in the store and have to make an extra trip outside to get my own. Also be sure to bring your own wipes or sanitizer to clean your cart because it’s always empty at both doors. The bathrooms are disgusting. The location is very convenient however I will stop torturing myself with bad experiences and go elsewhere."

"This store is just okay... I've been to plenty of Food lions and have had better. Customer service does not exist here no one barely speaks and can be rude at times. The store is being redone so a lot of people are confused as to where the products have been moved to. A simple sign could fix this."
