"NEED a police officer in that parking lot. These ladies speed super fast to get 20 feet away to have to stop again. People always almost get hit in that parking lot. Even when they are carrying a BABY like me or have a baby in the cart. Some lady today almost hit and ended my baby’s life in the parking lot today. No one at this location answers the phone over there for you to cancel your membership."

"This costco has the worst customer service. I paid over $300 for furniture and there was a completely different item in the box. Someone returned it and they put it on the floor without checking what was in the box. They were absolutely useless and told me to bring the item back. When I brought this to the manager he said "What do you want me to do about it?" ........It's 80 lbs and not even an item that they sell in the store so not sure why they would even want it back but that was the most unhelfpul response possible. I am going to have to spend the same as the cost of the desk just to move it back and forth and it is this store's fault. I can't wait to return it and cancel my membership."

"The variety is amazingly good. But it's hard to navigate the store, especially when it's your first times using the store. I would suggest that there be flirt maps available to customers. Be creative about it. It doesn't have to be large or boring. But I think it'll change the way people enjoy shopping at Costco."
