"Called and asked specifically if they had puffco pro 3d chambers. I emphasized specifically on the peak pro and 3d chamber as I am used to smoke shops lacking product knowledge. I mentioned 3d and pro 5 times and the employee said yes it is available. I drove all the way out to the location to purchase said coil and was handed a peak pro chamber but not a 3d one. When I mentioned that I wanted the 3d chamber he seemed confused as if he's never heard of such a thing. They ended up not having what I needed . I asked nicely for them to pay a little more attention the next time as I drove out for nothing and was responded to with attitude saying it wasn't him on the phone. Lack of product knowledge and lack of respect is why this establishment deserves a 1 star rating. Take your business elsewhere."

"Great Products with a wider selection than anywhere else I could find on Hillsborough. I see a lot of people complaining about them not having a wide variety of products but I can't see how that is true. I have been going for a few months now and they have stuff I've never even heard of and all of the staff are extremely helpful. I've been to a lot of stores that are selling fake or just generally bad-quality products but this store never disappoints. One employee, Chad has helped me many times with finding the right product. These guys know their stuff, and this is definitely the best high-life store in the area."
