"Where it's good, it's great and where it isn't...ouch. If you're looking smoking material like concentrates, flower or vapes, they have the best prices at a rate that local stores can't beat. If you're looking glass...head elsewhere. The glass I've bought at this location has broken faster than glass I've bought elsewhere, with glass I bought before I began shopping here outlasting theirs. Not only that, but any usage essentially voids out any hope of getting replacements, regardless of how inexplicable the failure of the glass. Doesn't matter if you come back in a few hours later with glass that shattered in a way the worker has never heard of, or that you bring it back to the person who sold it to you that morning with a receipt that they state will allow returns...not a cent of store credit or replaced product. I've had good experiences with returning items to them before, but I no longer plan to buy glass here if I can avoid it. The only time you should buy glass is if you can run to check it's fit in the car and return it immediately if it's wrong, as that is the only context that I've had good glass experiences with this location. As an added note...avoid the larger man with the mario tattoos. While most of the staff is friendly and helpful, he's far too pushy with sales to the point of growing uncomfortable, never gives any tickets for the raffles (one of the true redeeming aspects of this store), and is frankly rude most days. Once you establish that you're not interested in purchasing more, the service drops quality immediately. Rest of the staff is great though. Am I gonna continue to buy my wax and vapes here? Yeah, it'd be stupid not to with the prices...but glass? I'll be headed elsewhere."

"Edit: Wow. This place has gone in the toilet. They use to have great people who worked here. But now they have a lady who will lie to your face about products and warranties just to get you out of the store or money in her pocket. I spent 150 bucks on a cap pin that I was told had a year warranty if anything breaks. Got home and later that night the inside of the glass top that I can’t even get to just popped off while on the third use. I call the company the next day to find out she was just a lair. The only thing that was under warranty is the battery. I would have stuck with buying a new one ever six months for 25/30 bucks than to have someone lie. I have spent some money in that store over the last two years and the person was very up front before. Telling me the little pens only last a couple months at best. Which I am fine with. Tell me the truth. Don’t be shady and lie. I would steer clear of this store and go up to Bubba’s Belly. I Value honesty. And the black haired girl that works there has none. Plus she likes to get smart with people when they call her out about her misinformation. Boo to this place now. What a shame. This is a chill lil shop. They have a good selection and are knowledgeable about what you need. They are easy to talk to and can fix need with a good selection of everything I have ever needed and more. They have great prices. I haven’t found anything I bought from there much of any cheaper online. You very what you need right then at a great prices. I have been to a couple other places around the area and they are always kind of stuck up and just not helpful at all. The customer service at Smoke Rings is the business. And a plus I feel is it isn’t cluttered and alway clean. I don’t want to put my mouth on anything that looks like it came from a bodega. So stop by tell them Troy sent you and you will get a very confused look and “a who the hell is that” response."
