"After Juul pulled flavors from the shelves this place started getting more and more off brand pods in it's place. On a normal basis they were out. I was placed on a list to get called when their stock was replenished, twice, however I never received a call. I started going to other places and found the the same product they never had in stock for $8 less. At multiple other stores for the same price. I assume it's the owner or the management but my experience with this place has not been great. I go out of my way to save money and pay the normal price for an off brand product compared to this place that charges more than the original product costs. If you buy pods here I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere."

"I bought my first e-cig here. The lady at the store seemed very knowledgeable and I went with her suggestion. She stressed that I could take it locally if I had any problems. Later I discovered that the heater appeared to be used previously. It was cheaper to replace it than drive across town, but I'll never buy there again. I can't even imagine how much I spent there over the years on cigarettes, but never again."
