"Store had a sign not open til noon yesterday 12/12/23??????"

"Customers lined up around the entire store...one cashier.. office person not offering to help customers. Pitiful. Will not be back !"

"Customer service bad. Store has more boxes in lanes than people in store. Hard to move around. Check out. Not enough staff. One long line and having a customer that was wraping her glasses and asking for a box didn't help. Why not complete her ring up -pay and have her put stuff in card and then wrap them and wait for a box that was requested. there were two in front of me and at least two behind. Other customers did not have many items 1 or 3 and could have been out and happy instead of waiting forever. Make it a happy day don't just say it - do something to make it happy."

"I had a remarkably pleasant experience at this location. The staff members were quite friendly. The store was organized and well stocked, and so I found what I needed (gift wrapping supplies) right away. Thank you! I will go back here."

"Interestingly enough, the 25 cent price increase has lowered the quality of staff. There is a young (maybe college aged) African American male whom I have encountered twice now in the store, and both experiences were equally as bad. I did not get this individual's name but to help narrow this down, I was at this Dollar Store last night (February 17th, 2022 around 7:30 pm). I have never in my life seen a lazier and more uncaring "employee". I asked this individual for help finding things in both occasions and neither time did he act like he had any clue what I was talking about. Then when I was checking out (after waiting up front for a couple minutes while no one was at the cash registers) it took this individual at least 5 minutes just to bag 3 grocery bags. Throughout this entire ordeal, the employee never once spoke to me, never looked my direction, never acknowledged my existence whatsoever. He was also filling the bags too full and tossing them after he was finished filling them. Then, the icing on the cake was after this whole ordeal I said "Appreciate it", to which he literally sighed so loud the whole store could hear it. This may sound crazy but I would never be writing a negative review about a Dollar Store I have been going to for 10+ years unless something crazy bad has happened. I have already told myself and the rest of my family that if that employee is there again, we will take our business elsewhere until that individual is replaced by someone who has at least halfway decent customer service."
