Reviews of LongHorn Steakhouse
"I eat at this location on special occasions (several times a year). The food is always good. If the steak is not right, they will fix it. This has only happened once in 5 years. The waitresses are usually great. We love the shrimp appetizers. A sirloin or flat iron steak is our go-to. Sometimes, we just get a salad and appetizer. If you like Thousand Island dressing, there is none better."
"Busy Friday night but my wife and I were able to sit at the bar. This was an excellent choice because the 2 bartenders were fantastic. They were so welcoming and attentive. They worked very well together. The only issue I had was the cut of steak I had. It was really fatty and had some silverskin. Kind of chewy at times. Other than that, we had a great experience. Try the Steakhouse Wings!"
"Scottie- our server was the best! He made suggestions for drinks, joked and was prompt. We dined the weekend after Thanksgiving, around 4:00-so it was extremely busy. (We were told it was always busy). We would get a text letting us know how many were ahead of us- counting down until our turn. Bravo! There are 2 attendees outside to help with reservations and any questions. I have to say, this was by far a nice atmosphere with all staff working above and beyond helping assist customers and staff. We ordered fried pickles for appetizers. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye, sweet potato and salad. Oh! I can’t forget the yeast rolls with Cinnamon butter! Scottie had us more rolls without us asking- Thank you! Highly recommend the restaurant and please ask for Scottie. You won’t be disappointed!"
"Decided to go here for my birthday dinner. We got there on a Sunday night and it was not busy at all, we got seated but nobody came to us until 15 min later. One server that was walking around asked us if we were helped. Don’t you guys have a mechanism to see who is waiting where? After we got a server, ordered two Outlaw Rib-eye’s with a side salad and a baked potato. I first ordered the garden salad with raspberry vinaigrette, it was inedible, they added too much dressing that it was extremely sweet. I asked for an exchange (which I hate doing that), I asked for the ceasar salad instead, but same thing, it was coated in soo much dressing, that I ended up not eating the salad. We got our meal and the steak was extremely salty, which it was a shame as the steak was cooked well, it could have been delicious if it wasn’t that salty. Both steaks were with the same level of salt. Then the baked potato also had so much salt on the sides. Overall, a little sad with the experience we had."
"Great steaks and nostalgic American western ranch decor to match. Our server was a rock star ⭐️ with a fun, capable personality. However, a few things were amiss. Bathrooms. Yikes! The patrons couldn’t seem to find the flush handles nor could their butter fingers hang on to the TP. The pandemic is clearly over because TP was everywhere. A restaurant with this kind of volume needs to put out a few dollars on busy nights for a restroom attendant in this town where bathroom manners are to the wind! Overall, the restaurant is not prepared for the volume of guests so should not seat all tables. We had multiple menu substitutions from sauce to sides. While our table was cleaned very nicely for us, we were flanked by dirty tables the busy staff had to let sit."
