"Staff was helpful, and order pick up was easy. I am very unhappy about the new customer rewards program or should I say the lack of one. The program was an incentive for me to buy at Best Buy. Not any more."
"Experience bad enough to open a lawsuit to get what I paid for. Purchased a laptop online and when I received it, I checked the hardware components to find they sold me one with downgraded equipment. NOT what I paid for. Had I not been slightly computer savvy, they would have 100% sold that to me and more or less stolen from a customer. I reported the issue online and they gave me a case ID number and said go to your local store and they will give you the right one.. just give them this case ID# I did exactly that and after standing around for 35 minutes because nobody knew what to do I was "helped" by some guy with a terrible attitude. He told me well.. I can get you the right computer but you have to pay full price because we only have a new one and not an open box. That isn't my problem. #1 I didn't sell me an item I didn't have.. best buy did. #2 best buy charged me for a high end laptop and sent me what LOOKED like the same laptop but had low end internal equipment. (Tried to steal from me) #3 YOUR customer service sent me to this store with a case ID and a solution. Online or in store they are the same company correct? So why am I told .. "well you have to talk to them I'm not helping you unless you pay more?" #4 when I asked to speak to the General manager I was denied that and then the employee refused to disclose when and where I could speak to him. Best buy created the issue cause I caught them. Then apologized a ton and said here is the fix and then this store denied to honor their case ID and refused to even look at the chat transcript I saved. Maybe you all should stop trying to steal from your customers by selling low end equipment in high end casings!! Thankfully I saved everything and was able to reach a lawyer that specializes in going after big corporate places like this that are doing illegal things like that. They showed its what they intended to do by not fixing the problem and denying consumer access to speak to higher authority. Will update when all of this starts going in motion and to be honest I am willing to spend $20,000 over a $2000 laptop because I don't like people trying to rob me and then telling me to get bent after they say they will fix the issue they created. See yall in court eventually. I promise. Anyone that got this far SAVE YOUR TRANSCRIPTS LIKE I DID!!! Without them they can say they didn't say that and whatever else. This company and especially this store are dishonest."
"Found the employees remarkably helpful and if they couldn’t answer a question about the gaming rig I ended up buying , they found another employee who could answer it, in detail. I ordered online and picked up in store seamlessly. I dropped a star because many items I wanted were not available in store to purchase."
"Concord Mills Best Buy is a fairly small size Best Buy, but it has many items still in it. Several shelves were empty, but that varies of course depending on the supplier which they have no control over. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent TV section here."
"After searching online and finding Best Buy had an item I needed in stock at their Concord Mills store, I drove to the mall to buy it. Once there I searched all over the store trying to locate it. During my 30 minutes of looking not once did anyone offer to help me in anyway. I would understand if they were busy assisting other customers. I would have waited patiently had that been the case. It was not. Several employees were either talking with one another about the game, their plans for later, or on their phones killing time. I even took the time to use one of the computers on display to search for my item again and ensure it was in stock at that location hoping to show it to some helpful salesperson. That never happened. So, I made my way back to customer service where a gentleman was behind the counter. I stood in front of him for a moment, waiting once again. Without saying a word, he turned and disappeared around the corner. No “I’ll be right with you” or “I’m with a customer but, someone will be with you shortly”. Which would have been a lie I suppose. I made one more round through the store, this time taking pictures of the people who could have potentially helped me. I then used one of the laptops on display to find what I needed at another store and left Best Buy to make my purchase at another retailer where I was greeted and helped. Unless you know what you want and where to find it, I would avoid this location. It’s not worth the frustration. Though if you just need to get some steps in, chasing Best Buy employees may be good exercise."
