"For the third time in a month my wife and I took our dog in to get his nails trimmed as walk-ins. And for the third time we were told they didn't have time to do it. Obviously walk-ins are not welcome despite what the sign says. When we asked if we could come back the next day at the same time we were told no and to make an appointment instead. In the time that it took the staff groomers too argue with us they could have clipped his nails. Seriously. They don't do walk-ins but refuse to remove the sign."

They had several options in the store, and the staff were very helpful. As a certified pet parent, even I was surprised at the high quality of some of the products available. They had an entire line of CHI hair products and devices (pretty sure that's nicer than what I use for myself!)."
