"Horrible experience that will not have me back to any HT pharmacy. I called to refill my prescription like I have for about 2 years at HT. I never really had a great experience but I got what needed and left. I spoke to a pharmacist named Lesa. She said I had no refills left and made me feel stupid that I hadn’t kept track of my refills. (People wanna feel comfortable when picking up sensitive health data) I am taking a medication that should not be skipped and a pharmacist should not make you feel horrible like someone that has run out of an Antidepressant medication. Absolutely unprofessional…sounds like in the wrong career. I’m not even sure I want shop at HT at all anymore. There are many other options and I’d recommend finding somewhere else for your health."

"I had prescription for my daughter, went to the pharmacy to receive it they told me only available at another branch 17 min drive and can receive it at this location after 4 days it was Friday and will beavailable on Monday , went to other location and it was closed call them aga on Monday and still not available and only can get it after they will order it on Wednesday and I can get it next Friday, very poor service to wait 10 days to get my prescription, never advice any one to use Heris Teeter pharmacy"

"Very easy place to get the medicine and drugs you need for a very cheap price. Would definitely recommend to get your drugs here if you need some quick and easy to access drugs. Overall great place and even better to save money if you have the Harris Teeter VIC card. Which I think is a win-win because I also shop a lot at Harris Teeter for food."

"I was in store #112 at Harrison Pointe Shopping Center on 1/5/18. I happened to encounter several manager, including store manager Mark Grey. I have to commend the managers, especially Mr.Grey on the hospitality that was shown to me. I was promptly greeted and personally guided by Mr. Grey to an item that I was searching for. While journeying throughout the store, Mr. Grey was very friendly to myself as well as the employees who were on shift. Awesome environment and I am certain I will return to this store!!"

"The people at the pharmacy are extremely nice however I am often sent to the HT on Davis Dr because this pharmacy does not carry things in stock. Within the past 6 months they have not had a birth control (a very popular brand), drops for pink eye for my toddler, and well as an antibiotic for my toddler. They have have had a very difficult time putting the birth control on automatic refill. Over the past five years of using this prescription it is very hard to understand how a pharmacy has such a difficult time refilling a prescription every 28 days. The staff is very nice and apologizes whenever these mishaps occur but it is still very frustrating that it is the HT I live closest to and yet I always have trouble when working with them."
