"Is this store even open? I went by at 8am today… the sign said they are open at 8am everyday. The doors were locked. I waited. Then went and waited in my car. Another guy tried to go in.. locked. I tried calling. No answer, so I left. Just tried calling again 2 hours later, no answer?"

"I left 30$ worth of merchandise bagged at the counter because I used the self checkout. There was no cashier in sight and no bags. I watched the manager walk outside and sit down. Got on his phone while I'm unable to complete my purchase. There was also another customer waiting for a cashier to check her out. I will not be back"

"I tend to say nothing in these reviews. The customer service is really good here. The staff is always friendly and finds ways to tolerate the countless rude customers that come in on a regular basis. Always willing to help whenever possible without complaint. They are also the ones that get products on the shelves for you and cleans up daily messes left behind by others. But I read so much about masks not being worn Particularly when the store has only been open about 7 years in that location and the claims are for 2 decades of shopping in it as the store it is now. Before complaining about masks, think about the exemptions.... medical and behavioral exemptions are permitted in mask wearing. The mask wearing really has nothing to do with customer service capability and reviews with the negative attitudes really arent doing anything good for any business. Please consider how many customers walk in and out of the place not wearing masks. Then think about everything and everywhere you go and look around you. I personally cant breathe with one on at all and after about an hour, my chest gets painful and it gets harder with every single breath. And I'm sure I'm not the only one that happens to. I cant imagine having to wear one for 5-8 or more hours straight and be afraid of scrutiny because I'm in physical pain. Have some consideration on things before you crucify people with things you may know nothing about. Rather than leaving nasty reviews because it doesnt carry something in stock or because you have a problem with a worker, how was your customer service provided? Was the staff friendly? Was your checkout problem free?"
