Harris Teeter

"This used to be a first class Harris Teeter location but sadly no longer. The produce section is dirty, unorganized and not great choices as in the past. The shelves always need be stocked. At one time you could go in this location and felt appreciated as a customer. Employees were once extremely pleasant and friendly. Employees here do not want to work, there is NO customer service at this location! They no longer have baggers so the cashier is doing everything. Some of the cashiers are unable to understand english. During my last visit two employees in the produce section are discussing issues and whether they will be okay or not. This store is truly a hot mess! We are wondering what has happened for so much negative impact at this location. Were they bought out? Is there new management? Very disappointed, will be looking for another location to shop at."

"First experience at the deli and very upset. Placed a sub order for 3pm, gave them an extra 30 mins too so I could swing by and grab it quick. Got a notification saying it was ready, but when I got there they showed me the ticket and that it hadn’t even been made yet. After being 30 minutes late. They just lied and wasted my lunch and gas, no apology. Never coming back here."

"Disappointed in the pharmacy. Gone downhill. Used to be top notch. Now, rude and overworked. Half the employees don't want to be working in the store and can't speak ENGLISH, OUR NATIVE TONGUE!! Make them learn!!. Thank God, looks like new management trying to get back to normal. Some of these kids are just plain coddled brats. Some adults too!"

"Very organized and illuminated, it’s not my usual place to shop groceries but I really liked the multiple options this place offers. personalized cakes are a great addition and the size of the bakery and deli is pretty impressive. Their sushi seems nice, looks fresh and well presented , princess are a little higher than expected."

"Very wondeful store. Clean. Well stocked. Very nice GF section. We got Swordfish today :) Their fresh seafood selection is always great. Oh! They have a million specialty cheeses to choose from! I love that!"
