"I was here for a conference and it was so nice to have this store here. I got great snacks and the owner is very friendly. Thank you."
"Great store, lots of convenient things you can need while traveling. Non hotel prices whats over. Very reasonable. Thank you!"
"During Galaxy Con or any event or get-away this is the store you need to go to. Best prices and the best customer service around. No reason to spend double the money for a beverage or snacks when you can go to Gateway to essentials and save money and time."
"This convenient shop is awesome. It located near the lobby of the Sheraton Downtown Raleigh. The shop is very well organized with variety of stuffs and prices are reasonable. Also, the owner is really kind. If you're in the area, there is no need to go anywhere else."
"I very rarely ever write a review for a convenience store and when I do it’s because it really deserves a GOOD review!! The owner is the most friendly and kind man. This store is NOT a part of Sheraton but it is within the SAME building on the lower level when you actually enter the Sheraton Hotel. It is on the right side at the end. It’s a mom and pop store that was renovated to be more than just your average convenience store. The prices are good, the coffee and tea are affordable around 2$. There is a brand new Kurig Machine, microwave for purchased items, and the store is very clean and well stocked. It’s one of the reasons I like staying at the Sheraton Hotel for work. I know if I need anything it’s right below me because there isn’t anything nearby. It is a little confusing to find your way so to make it easier I took a video of the store and back to the front desk of the hotel. :)"
