"I enjoy going to this Best Buy, regardless of it begin the only Best Buy in the county, it feels like. The staff is always willing to assist with finding what you need, making suggestions, and providing advice on appliances and electronics. This visit I was looking to purchase a Fire TV 4K. You have to pull a ticket from the shelf located in the back of the store. If there aren’t any extra tickets, it is best to ask an associate and they will assist. Also, I noticed that they do not stock cover ramps for wires that are placed on the floor. They only have covers for wires on the wall. I was disappointed but figured out an alternate way to cover the wires running on the ground. Also, I was interested in a hard case for my Surface Pro, but they only had keyboards and mice. "Looks like a retail store, functions like a factory floor. People from all walks of life wearing blue shirts and doing the bare minimum. Can't even call a phone number to reach a person AT the store. Best Buy is in it's death throes, do yourself a favor and shop online for whatever you'd buy here."

"NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY We ordered a monitor. It was shipped in the retail box not a shipping box. It looked like it had been opened. When we opened the box it was the wrong monitor and it was broken. The store would not accept the return. We contacted customer service and explained the situation. They told us to return the monitor. They refused the return and told us to contact the shippers. By this time the 10 days to file a claim with the shipping company had expired. We now have a broken monitor and can't get a refund."

"Absolutely worst Best Buy and customer service. They failed to deliver my washer and dryer on time, cancelled the day of after I requested off. Then tried to book a new appointment for 2 weeks later after I had already waited 2 weeks to get it. So I never got it and cancelled the order. I’m still waiting to get my full refund a month later. I’ve spoke to customer service 3 times over the phone and went into the store to try and get my full refund back and nothing. Don’t buy from their appliances section, you may never receive your money back. Getting rid of their credit card as well since it takes 90 days to fix a disputed transaction. A disputed transaction for a washer and dryer I never received."
