"The good news: Their meat is relatively affordable and they can make custom cuts without much hassle. Although a smile wouldn't hurt. The bad news: Their health score is in the low 90s and their meat quality is not great. Very low marbling in their steaks and some of the pork looks grey. As soon as you walk in, it smells like bloody meat and it lingers in the air. I wish they kept their health score and quality up and I would like to see a "sell by" date on their stickers. Burn a candle sometimes too. I might patronize more often."
"They have great finds. Always a large selection of meats. Small country store like I like, not the chain stores. Staff are nice and friendly. They have chicken skins which is a rarity to find. Great experience."
"Man this place is about 15 minutes from me here in Raleigh had no idea until i was looking for pig feet and couldnt find none.So i googled meat markets and Needless to say i will be back and buy all my meats from here from now on..Been here 3 years and been missing out.."
