"Love the food been coming for 25 years since they were on wake Forest road in Raleigh… but customer sec in Durham was terrible … I arrived 20 mins before they close for lunch and was told that I couldn’t be seated for lunch"
"They're always so friendly and the food is really great! I love coming here."
"It was my first time at Bali Hai Mongolian Grill. It took me a moment to understand how to order my food but the staff was really helpful and walked me through the process. The food is delicious and if you know how to stack the bowl properly you get a lot of food as well. I'll be definitively coming back."
"I actually really like the food here and it certainly is a good value as prices are cheap and they have no issue with customers stacking bowls. I wish they would use better meat than the thin rolled pieces even if it cost more and had more expansive selection for things to put in bowl. So, it is good enough, but I have been to much better Mongolian grills. It is a little rundown on inside and not very inviting. The ordering process is bizarre to me as well."
"Came here for lunch today (8/25). After circling around for a parking since this restaurant only allowed parking for 10 regular vehicles and 2 handicap spaces. At a first glance, it looked like a typical Chinese mom and pop shop. The waitress barely spoke English and certainly was not skilled enough to explain the rules and complexities involved with the Mongolian grill. Furthermore the number of ingredient options available were less than desired. (See photograph). However when the food finally arrived it was properly cooked and tasted better than expected. Taking out two stars for parking issues, waitress's inability to communicate properly and less number of ingredients available."
