"The food is usually ok, for a bite. Don't ever go and get the same thing constantly or you will be disappointed. The cashier is nice, but lacks sanitation ex. grabbing a customers personal coffee cup, touching the lid, set the lid on the counter where food is, poured him coffee and touched the lid giving him back his cup- DISGUSTING! Just think of how most sicknesses are spread, through surfaces and they linger for hours and you touch those gross surfaces and contract that bacteria and become a carrier and you wonder why people get sick eating out, improper sanitation."
"The biscuits aren’t bad but the service, while friendly enough, isn’t the best in some regards. Half the time I’ve ordered a mocha there, it’s subpar because something isn’t working and they don’t bother to say something. The last time they even gave me a cold mocha, like maybe the steamer wand was broken. By the time I tried the drink we were no longer nearby so couldn’t address it."
