Starbucks 3801 Guess Road, Durham, NC 27705

"As a regular patron I've witnessed some of the employees outright bullying other(usually newer) staff members. I've heard some people who used to work there call it "a hazing" but it's just very unprofessional. I will be forced to take my business to a different company altogether if this one continues to let their employees act this indecent towards their fellow coworkers and even the patrons of the store."

"If I could give 0 stars I would, I understand being short staffed and even only serving through a drive through, but I being on a motorcycle it’s not exactly the easier or practical thing to do. Someone came to the door and I explained my situation and said I would even give him my card, wait outside, and even eat it outside. All he told me was “you see the sign, that’s a choice you’ve got to make. There’s one on roxboro road.” Safe to say I’ll never be coming back to this Starbucks. Staff is rude as hell"

"As a regular Starbucks customer fable has always made it easy by remembering my order everytime making my drive thru experience very efficient everytime im attending , this has became my new favorite cafe . She also always greats me with a smile and very good service inside & in drive thru ."

"This was my neighborhood Starbies until I moved 10 mins away in Durham. The staff here are wonderful and so friendly. The quality of my drinks were always what I compared other Starbies to. I miss this one and come visit whenever I’m in North Durham!"
