"My dining experience was amazing. I was welcomed in as soon as I walked in the door. After I made my purchase of my sandwich and smoothie, not even 7 minutes later my food was ready. Everyone was very friendly and Tawana had great customer service. I will definitely be going back again soon."
"Manager WAS RUDE! ordered a bowl and they didn’t no fruit at all in it and they said they was out. FOOD IS ALL WRONG! Considering you’re a manager how do you get a pesto chicken flatbread mixed up with a chicken pesto wrap? SMH NEVER AGAIN."
"It’s a good restaurant but be careful when you try to get one of their offers. For example, they offer a smoothie for $4.99 if you order an additional item but when you pay they charge the regular price and just say the machine is broken! This problem persists for weeks now and it doesn’t seem as if they will fix it!"
"They don’t even acknowledge you when you get there. Very unprofessional. I waited patiently until they decided to act like i was there. Being a former server or just in the food industry in general you should realize to at least tell the people “i’m going to be with you shortly..” or something.. tawanna needs to do better, i’m sorry to say."
