"Bad experience to buy shoes from this store. I wear the shoes 2-3 times after buying from this store and shoes tear off from one side. I went to store to fix it but there is no policy to fix it. Poor service experience"

"Having a Rebook is no longer a sign of anything and when you enter the store, almost nothing impresses you, to say nothing, one or two sneakers are worth touching to feel the material. The price is really attractive, in the same store I bought a nice sneaker for $35 dollars a couple of months ago, curiously I used the Rebook sneakers twice this week, something rare to happen, after walking for an hour with the shoes I felt a big discomfort… $35 really was thrown in the trash, I'm dropping these off at GoodWill tomorrow."

"Great customer service! I was looking for a pair of shoes to give to my boyfriend for his birthday and one of the employees pointed me in the direction of the Allen Iverson Questions. She was very helpful and even looked online for different color ways. I ended up getting the black and white pair. She also helped me find a few shirts to go with the shoes. I wasn’t planning on getting him a whole outfit but they were having such a great sale that I couldn’t pass it up! My boyfriend loved the gift so much that he went back to the store to get a few more things for himself. We both signed up for the loyalty program and already have enough points to get a discount the next time we go! Can’t forget to mention that the prices here are a lot better than Nike and Adidas. I was also very pleased with how clean the store was. When I came to the register I noticed the employee cleaning the pin pad and counter after the person in front of me. I don’t see a lot of stores doing this and it made me feel more comfortable shopping here."
