"No Problem taking your money. But once you do an exchange or a return there is a problem! I go to exchange 3 pairs of joggers for a smaller size, the guy working would only take 2 pairs back. One pair had the original stickers on them, the tags still attached to the little black fastener were in the pocket, they came off when I tried them on. He refused to take them back because the tags were not physically attached, yet they were still on the original fastener they come on. Stickers all still attached. He had no problem taking hundreds and thousands of my dollars this holiday season but said it was policy to not exchange the pants for a smaller size even though they were brand new. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I will NEVER support Polo or this store again. Going one step forward I will be returning everything purchased by Polo! I have since put in a formal complaint about this associate and this store. And will continue to share this disgusting behavior by one individual within the store!"

"Visited on a Sunday around 1:00. There were maybe 5 or 6 associates working and every single on of them spoke and offered assistance. I love this type of shopping experience. The prices however are a big high which is why I gave 4 stars."

"Had a great visit to Polo today. Worked with Ryan, Ursula & Eugene. Ryan greeted us upon entering and assisted us with double checking prices. Great customer service. We also mentioned to him that we didnt get our $10 birthday coupon like we usually do so he told us to speak to the manager, Ursala, & she honored it for us. That meant alot to us as regular customers because even after calling the 1-800 number they didnt give us the $10 coupon. We literally drive 3 hours to visit the factory store so it was really nice of them to honor it even though they didnt have to. Thank you again!! We appreciate you putting the customer first!!"
