"Went to return a pair of shoes I got as a Christmas present and was immediately greeted horribly. (Mind you, I wore the shoes one time to see if they fit and they still looked brand new). The girl who helped me seemed to hate her job. So, off to a bad start. I went on to explain to her that they were a Christmas present and were too big. I just wanted either an exchange or money back to buy another pair. She called for her manager to come help. The manager also greeted me horribly. She spoke like we were in a library and she had to whisper. Barely heard a word she said. She asked if I wanted to exchange them or get money back. I told her I didn’t really care. She then told me they can’t do either because they looked too dirty and damaged. So I said whatever and took the shoes, but the worst part of it all is that she kept the receipt. The receipt that had the credit card information of the person who bought them for me on it. Those girls were honestly just unnecessarily rude to me when I was just trying to do something about the shoes that were way too big. I don’t even want to support rack room shoes after this experience. And now I’m stuck with a pair of oversized shoes and no way to return them. ZERO STARS"
