"With all these bad reviews for the pharmacy, somebody needs to come do a business audit and fire every last staff member out of that pharmacy. Please find a new occupation if you don't want to do your job. Rude over the phone, waiting an hour on hold, nobody answers the phone. You book a COVID test appointment at a certain time, and you get seen an hour later. One person tells you the rapid COVID results take an hour. The next person says 4–24 hours, like, Does anybody know what they’re talking about? They lied, saying they emailed me my results, but I have nothing in my email from Walgreens. The man over the phone sounded Indian; he was rude and cut me off as I was explaining, “We sent out your email.” …. Clearly, not where is it? I hate dealing with rude people over the phone and could barely even understand what he was saying, so I told him to just read my results over the phone, and I hung up. Lol Ghett0. Never coming here again."

"Terrible Walgreens. Waited behind 2 other customers for an hour to pick up a prescription. Staff always taking their sweet time. Would NOT recommend."

"Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Me and my husband made appointments to have a covid test done before we leave the country, get the confirmation and show up just to be told we'd have to schedule for another day due to they were back up, but yet NO ONE was waiting. We called the same location to ask about testing was told to come in and turned away yet again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE"

"LIED about my medications, claimed one was out of stock and that the others wouldn't be ready for multiple hours. Called another pharmacy to send it over because I can't go into work without my medication and they told me that the pharmacy here had it all marked ready for pick up and it was all sitting there waiting. Just went ahead and switched it back over to another pharmacy with competent workers."

"My booster appointment was scheduled for 5:15pm using the online system. I arrived promptly at 5:15pm; however, I waited until 6pm to get the shot. The team members seemed nice enough, but their process and sense of urgency need a lot of work."
