"Before I start this review I want to say that I am never someone to leave a negative review about a location, but tonight I had one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences I have ever had at a business with the manager, Steven. If I could leave a review with 0 stars, I would. There was an unfortunate mixup with a pickup order that I placed. When I arrived, I searched for my order for several minutes before asking for assistance. When the manager came over he put his finger in my face to signal to me that he was on the phone and when he finally spoke to me I was belittled and talked to rudely by Steven. He insisted that my order was not even in the system and was accusatory to me despite the fact that I had my order confirmation and my email with proof of payment. Instead of helping me find a suitable solution to my problem, I was forced to place the same order twice with NO attempt at giving me a refund for my original purchase, and I was made to feel stupid while doing so, even though it was not an error on my end. Throughout the whole interaction Steven was huffing and puffing, rolling his eyes, using a condescending tone and snapping at other associates while talking to me. I have never had someone roll their eyes so much at me during a 15 minutes interaction. As someone who has worked in sales, I am understanding of the pressures of the holiday season and the stress of handling a store during a busy weekend but the behaviors I witnessed were inexcusable. I repurchased my items but I will never spend money with Michaels at the JW Clay location again because this situation has left a bad taste in my mouth."
