"We decided on the LG QNED 75". $2400.00 We went to Best Buy looking for a TV. Through research, we had an idea of what kind but wanted to speak to a more "knowledgeable" person.....but for the 20 minutes we were there looking at TVs, not one associate offered to help. As we were leaving the store in frustration, the associates were up front joking around...Bro this and jumping around like animals..with the manager right there. I said sup bro! The associate came over, Bro! What can I help you find? Where's your manager? To my surprise, he points out the manager not giving a damn about how her employees behave or ignoring customers. I said to the associate and the manager that we have been here 20min looking at TVs and not one person has offered to help. Oh, I can help you...the associate says. I said no. We were looking to spend $2400.00 but no assistance! I think we will look elsewhere... Managers comment...OK. No, I'm so sorry, we would love to help you and make it worth your time....nothing but...Ok. If there was a zero rating option for this Best Buy, they would have it. Remember Circuit City? BB, you will be next with this kind of in-store customer service."
"Great customer service. Kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Sometimes a little spendy, but they got good deals, too. You just have to be a good hunter. I'm not a fan of the new types of memberships, either. Those are way overpriced. Geek Squad warranties are worthwhile, though."

When I told him I was disappointed the price was so much more than other prices I saw for nearby stores, he reminded me about the store's price match policy. Will's help saved me almost $44!"
