"Be aware if you submit a complaint because the customer chat representative you submitted a complaint against, will intercept your message, in order to block you from reaching, contacting, or reporting them to someone else at the company. This will happen hours after the inital chat support had ended and after customer request to have no further interaction with that specific customer rep. Then management will blow up your phone and will gaslight you by downplaying the violation of customer privacy and confidentiality as a simple "poor choice" while they raise their voice at you, dispute your experience, and make you so stressed out you end up in tears and then they'll blame you for not taking their dismissive and toxic sorry excuse for an apology and tell you that you’re the problem."

"When i was at the store I saw a number of damaged products, in particular black Marie Kondo bins (which are $50 a piece). I pointed this out to 2 different employees at the store. They replied with "thats such a shame" and then continued to rearrange the products so they looked nicer on the shelf. Why were they not removed? Their warehouse person had slashed the bottoms of the boxes when he removed them from the packaging the company sent them in and because of how tightly they were sitting on the shelf they got white paint rubbed on them. I additionally wanted to get some plastic recycling tote but in the store they only had defective items. The bins were caved in on one side and the lids did not sit on them properly. The store kindly offered to ship this to my home as I live 4 hours away and they did not have any more inventory. The item I received had the same defect. I called the container store to complain and after sending them photos they said they could not offer a refund or a replacement and i would have to return it to the store. I told them how far the store was and they did not care. I cannot support this company any longer if they cannot accept responsibility for their poor quality products that are being poorly handled either during delivery or in the warehouse. What company agrees their product is defective and does nothing about it? Really poor taste. I've spent a lot of money at this company and can no longer recommend it to my friends or family."

"Love the Container Store!! It’s got everything from what I need to what I didn’t even think of needing. Storage solutions galore!!! Has other various gadgets too. It’s not a replacement for Bed Bath and Beyond, but it’s great and I’m really glad they are doing ok!! Store staff was very friendly and helpful. Was my pleasure to shop there. "I went to store looking for idea to solve a crowded cabinet space, with so much to look at I could not figure out best solution. I was checking out with one thing with cashier Nakeisha and she asked if I found what I wanted. After explaining my deliema she showed me what I needed to solve my crowded cabinet space, needless to say I bought 6 items that day and returned next and purchased 10 more for my pantry. She definitely knows the products."
