"They are never stocked up so anytime I do online grocery pickup at least half the items are never available and it defeats the whole purpose of “convenience”. Then you can literally go inside during your expected pickup time after they mark your items as “unavailable” and see majority of the stuff they marked as unavailable. Always being full of employees but not staying stocked up on basic stuff that says is stocked up on the store site is crazy."
"NO RVs ALLOWED! We pulled up in our motorhome to rearrange things, make a phone call, and buy a literal bus load of groceries. Within 3 minutes of parking, an extremely rude security guard came up and proceeded to tell me that Walmart hasn't allowed RVs to park in their parking lot for years because they had to pay a $50,000,000 lawsuit because a bunch of kids burnt up in a motorhome in their parking lot. Not only is this the most preposterously insane story I've ever heard, it's 100% not true. To know judge on the planet whatever assign liability for a motorhome that caught on fire (most likely due to its own mechanical failure or misuse) to the parking lot owner. And certainly not for $50 million! You guys told us we couldn't go in to buy groceries. I'm so sick and tired of Walmart I'm never shopping at one again. I will gladly take my RV somewhere else. It is a well known fact that Walmart allow you to stay for a few hours to rest, and of course buy groceries.... because it makes a lot of sense. RV owners come in and buy a ton of groceries. Not here! I've never once been kicked out of a Walmart. Meanwhile there's a Walmart truck sleeping in the parking lot! This Walmart by the way has at least a thousand empty parking spaces... no exaggeration. We parked at the very back of the parking lot!"
"Purchased some pampers earlier today. I get home and opened the box to see that somebody had replaced the pampers with these and returned the box back. When I went back to exchange I was given push back and attitude as if I was trying to “get off” on them. With enough going back and forth I finally got my exchange !"
"I recently visited this Walmart and felt compelled to share my experience, which was unfortunately less than satisfactory. One of the first things I noticed was the frequent lack of stock. As I moved through various sections, it became apparent that this was a widespread issue, with many shelves empty or nearly so. Another aspect that stood out was the interaction, or rather the lack of it, with the staff. The employees I encountered did not come across as friendly or approachable. This was particularly problematic given the next issue I faced: a significant number of items, both small and large, were locked up. Normally, this wouldn't be a major issue if assistance was readily available. However, finding an employee to unlock these cases proved to be a challenge in itself. On several occasions, I found myself unable to purchase items simply because I couldn't get them unlocked. In conclusion, my visit was marred by these logistical and service issues. I believe this store could greatly benefit from better stock management and more accessible, customer-friendly staff. While I understand the need for security measures like locked cabinets, it's essential that these do not hinder customer experience to such a degree. I hope to see improvements in these areas in the future."
"I always shop at wallmart for many years when I lived in NJ and FL and now in NC I never ever had any issues in the past with any wallmart except this store , I tried to to get a body soap but was lacked in the glass compartment I went twice to customer service to ask them to help me out and the same female customer service keep telling me someone will be there to help you and NO ONE shows up to help me for more than 20 minutes ant this is the worst experience with the wallmart customer service and their staff"
