"Bought a charger for my phone from this store as per the recommendation from their staff but did not check if it was working in the store itself. Finally after i reached my destination tried to charge my phone and the charger was not compatible. it was very hard as the charger even ruined my phone by causing a battery drain. On my return i went to the same store and told about the charger not working which i bought just 4 days back. They initially stated to sell me another changer which cost twice more and also would not return or refund for charger that is not working. The staff then pointed me to the manager in store and he was a really rude guy. he just said as per their policy they can not accept return of a charger. his final words were. "We sell it and forget it.. Now its your problem"."
