"This was our first time eating at this wing stop. We placed the order online. It was ready when we arrived. The manager and the staff were extremely friendly. We had a pleasant conversation and even the gentleman that was the cook in the back thanked us for coming in. We got the mango habanero wings and fries. The ranch is great! We will return!!"

"I've been to many Wingstops. The soda machine is always broken. The wait is always long. The corn and fries are sometimes overdone. But the chicken is consistently better than any other Wingstop I've been to. If you can stomach the issues of this location, I think it's still worth it."

"I wanted to go and experience it myself. But the reviews were right. I placed my order on their app which stated it would take about 28-33 minutes. Which sound’s accurate, when I go and pick up my order they said that it wasn’t ready, they didn’t even provided me with a time frame. So I was getting ready to cancel my order because everyone that was there waiting for their order has been waiting for almost an hour. When I check online it said my order was completed, which was not true because I was still standing waiting. I waited for almost 2 hours to get my food from this place. I know that when you’re understaffed it takes long but not two hours, because I’ve seen other restaurants do it. After getting my order, it was wrong, they seem like they didn’t toss my wings with the sauce and just pour the sauce. It’s sad to say I won’t be purchasing at this Wingstop because I love Wingstop and I never been more disappointment than today. They really need to do something about this."

"I need someone to help me figure out why it’s ALWAYS an hour+ wait when you order here. And it doesn’t matter what time of day it is, it’s always an hour+ wait. And what’s interesting is when I walk in, it’s dead. Half the staff is just sitting down in the dining room on their phones. How can it possibly be an hour+ wait for your food to be made when it’s DEAD. Then whenever you get your food, it’s not made right. The sauce is wrong or the chicken selection is wrong. They faithfully and consistently get my order wrong. I’m not sure if reading is difficult or if following directions is difficult but it’s always a problem at this location. It’s very unfortunate because I love Wingstop food but this location is an absolute abomination. Will the owners ever make proper adjustments? Probably not. It’s been this way for a long time. Really sad. Really unfortunate. Really embarrassing. Really ridiculous."
