"I went to get 2 Cobb salads one with grilled chicken the other with fried nuggets! I received 2 completely different salads. I called and the person I spoke with told me that I might be able to get my money back. I asked to speak with a manager the person in the phone said that might not be possible. After asking again he got the attention of a manager and did not put the phone on mute. The person that answers the phone stated that I claimed I got the wrong salad. The manager gets in the phone and says that they are really busy. They weren’t paying attention at all if I got the wrong salads."
