Chipotle Mexican Grill 2608 Erwin Road, Durham, NC 27705

"Placed a mobile order at 7pm to pickup for 7:40pm. Picked up my order at exact 7:39pm. My order was ice cold. It was quesadillas and cheese was hard as a rock because it was prepared probably 30 minutes ago! So whats the meaning to schedule an order if they prepare as soon as they recieve? Tired of paying so much and getting a horrible service in this country"

"This is honestly the best Chipotle that I've been to. The staff are friendly, and the portions were amazing. I ordered a burrito bowl, and they gave me more fajita veggies and guacamole than I have ever gotten anywhere else."

"This chipotle was very busy when I went in to order my food. The middle aged couple in line in front of me were so rude to the staff. I am very impressed how the staff handled their rude comments and proceeded to do their job and serve. I go to this chipotle often and my food is always great and service is quick."

"First of all, these people can't cook rice to save their lives. Second this was my free entree vs my burrito I paid for. Quite messed up if I do say so. It's my chicken burrito is ever nearly as big as the veggie burrito, this is laughable. Mind you there's an entire burrito tortilla in here."

"Big chipotle fan but the franchise owner must’ve hired some interesting people. I’ve been measuring the amount of toppings they give (b/c macro tracking), and it’s wildly inconsistent. I frequently order double steak and get less than half of a serving I’d get at other locations (see attached picture - this was supposedly $14 worth of steak). I would recommend taking the extra few minutes to go to the Roxboro st location as this happens quite a lot here."
