"My wedding day wasn't perfect thanks to Neva's Bridal. Some of the chair covers had holes in them, my bouquet as well as my bridesmaids bouquets was a hot mess. The bouquets was falling apart before the wedding even started. Tijuana harassed my mom to pay her for 2 extra tables that was not even used cause as I kept telling her everyone that RSVP wasn't going to show. She's very money hungry even charged me $5 to rent a box for my cards to go in. The box looked horrible like it was spray painted. Definitely wasn't the picture of the box she attached to my invoice. My guest could not enter when they arrived because Tijuana and one girl she hired from temp agency was still decorating. She misplaced the bell for my nephew to ring so he had no bell going down the aisle. Tijuana left before completely fulfilling all of the duties listed in my contract. No one even knew she had left. I asked for a partial refund for her coordination services and the horrible bouquets and she told me that was slavery. How when I paid money for services that was either not performed or unacceptable. I have pictures of everything and would not dare take time to bash anyone's business with lies. Every vendor recommended by Tijuana turned out to be just as terrible as her with the exception of the photographer. Please beware future brides!!! I spoke with another bride who's wedding was July 10, 2022 and she received even worst service than I did. These 5 star review must be friends of hers because several brides I've talked to that used her services were not satisfied. Even the girl from the temp agency said she had worked with her before and the bride was unhappy. Tijuana and I worked well together for over a year but the end results was disappointing."
