"Went into Queen City in Winston Salem on a Saturday to look at Refrigerators and Dishwashers. The plan was to look and then to move on to 3 other places to do the same. Nate met us as we walked into the store. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his inventory. By the time we had finished our visit, we had made up our mind and decided that we did not need to look any further. We purchased both a refrigerator and a dishwasher. These items were delivered the following Wednesday. The installation crew did a great job and had everything taken care of in less than an hour.... After the installers left, we noticed a small nickel size blemish on the left door of the refrigerator. After speaking with Joe (manager of the store), he gave us a couple of options. We could either get a new door ordered and installed or exchange the refrigerator. We chose to exchange the refrigerator and had it replaced and delivered by the following weekend. Both Nate and Joe went above and beyond and made us customers for a long time to come."

We were assisted by Brian Grinnell, who was very knowledgeable of all the brands, listened to what our needs were, and steered us in the direction of some possible makes and models. He also left us to discuss the purchase options on our own, which we really appreciated. All in all, a great experience, some great new appliances, with kudos to Brian for all his help."

"I had an excellent experience with Queen City! From the salesperson to the delivery and installation, I was well pleased. Johnathan Johnson was an excellent salesman. He was patient while I reviewed all the options and took my time making a decision and he did an excellent job recording the needed information as evidenced by the delivery and purchase documents. I could not have asked for a more efficient delivery and installation. Even though only one of the 3 delivery crew seemed to speak English, he was an excellent communicator. The delivery men took special pains not to damage my hardwood floors and avoiding my low hanging foyer light despite both the old and new refrigerators being very heavy and a challenge to get in and out of the built-in cabinetry. I could not have asked for a more efficient and professional delivery and installation. Five stars to Queens City! I highly recommend them for both their prices and the quality of their sales and delivery!"
