The Pools at MGM Tower 1 Borgata Way, Atlantic City, NJ 08401

"This area has four pools and two indoor hot tubs. Two of the pools are outdoors and one larger and one small pool is indoors along with the two hot tubs. A bar is located inside and outside but only open when it’s busier (weekends in summer). Servers come around the outdoor area taking drink and food orders. You can sit at both bars to have your drinks. The indoor pools are beautiful and open year round. The indoor pools area has large trees and plants giving it an almost tropical feel. Water sprinkles down into the small standing pool making for a comforting sound. Soft music plays in the background. This is a quiet pool area which is nice for relaxing at. The two hot tubs can fit six to eight people each. The outdoor pools include one infinity pool and a smaller pool with benches to sit at in the pool. Often people have their drink while sitting in these outdoor pools. The lower deck at the infinity pool where I liked to sit is now reserved only which takes away more seats as most of these will be empty most of the time. I understand all the reserved poolside large round couches but I don’t agree with all the reserved regular chairs at both this pool and the Beer Garden pool. Music is louder at this pool, giving it a nice vibe. While I love all of the pools here the main issue is you never know when they will be closed for a private party. In the summer you have the option to go over to the Beer Garden Pool. In the winter your only option is the Borgata pool which has children at and can be very noisy, but is a beautiful room with two hot tubs and tall ceilings."
