"DONT COME TO THIS RESORT !!! it’s horrible, they don’t treat their customers with respect, they always want to make you pay for something. All the restaurants close early and the foods don’t taste good at all.it was just a horrible experience overall. Somebody next to my room had a Dog and wouldn’t stop barking every morning. The pool was ok but had to pay to use it every day. The casinos machine froze up on me couple times, security talks to people very weird with no manners. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL."
"Used to be so much better. Ridiculous security. Way over priced (especially compared with the past). Note: no longer owned by the hotel (security is a separate company too) so nobody is accountable. When we were there they had 2 djs at the same time, blasting. Crazy. So much potential, wasted."
"Upon entering the establishment we pre paid for a bungalow. We were not sure if we need to pay an additional entry fee. Upon arrival we were told that we had to pay a $20 entry fee. We all paid the fee and we entered. Upon entry, we were told that we didn’t have to pay the fee. That is when when the dispute began. The young lady at the entree was very rude and hostile and aggressive. She stated that she couldn’t refund us but could offer us free entry for the night time pool party that we denied because we have dinner reservations. The young women identified herself as a manager and said there was nothing more she could do. She stated “ you can speak to the general manager and he will tell you the same thing.” The general manager comes by stated that on the website it says that we don’t have to pay entry. I refuted his argument being that it was not stated and the security at entry told us we had to. He went to the site to prove his point… it was not proven as there was no statement that we didn’t have to pay entity. He said he could not refund us as it was non refundable and I said okay I will dispute with the bank. Being that it was 17 of us they got upset that we all said er would dispute with the bank. The young caucasian manager along with the general manager Robert Brown said they could suddenly refund us the fee for the bungalow. But being that it was our friend’s birthday we wanted to keep the the bungalow. They could have easily just credited us the amount towards the bottle service. Upon entry the caucasian lady called for security who was extremely nice, understanding and explained to us that they could not refund us because it’s a 3rd party. The general manager seemingly seemed to be yelling at the young lady at the counter prompting her to afterwards deny me entry stating “ she has a wristband but I don’t want her here” now as we already entered the pool site I was approached by multiple security guards being asked to leave. When I asked why as I had not curse at the young lady, did not commit any assault or battery or even spoken to her for a long period of time they told me they were ordered to and it was a private establishment. The security guard even vouched for me and told his manager that during his time standing there upon her request I engaged in any conversation with her. I gladly left as it was a very racist and uncomfortable. I’ve never felt as disrespectful, disgusted in an establishment as this. Upon leaving and from what I was told by my friends it looks as if she was being fired or asked to leave for the day. But the damage was already done, she was extremely aggressive to us as customers, felt the need to assert authority to deny me entry just because I requested a refund and was underlined racist. I wasn’t drunk as I planned on drinking from the bottle service at the bungalow, I was dressed to the required attire, I didn’t curse at her, I was not even any more then 6 feet from her to ever receive the treatment I did. Apparently as I was being escorted out she was crying on the phone as the GM had fired her. These t type of people that have racial undertones or assert aggression should not be Servicing people!"
"Pool was nice… yet even if you are staying with the hotel you need to pay a fee of $10 pp. Never seen this at a hotel before, usually the only people who pay for the pool are those not staying within the hotel. The staff was ok, they were not so attentive. Especially the lifeguards. They were on their phone the whole time. First and last time visiting this hotel. On the other hand the hotel rooms were decent, still noticed some smudges on the mirrors within the room but made it work. On the elevator there was no cleaning done to them because the same water bottle was their from the moment I got there, to the moment I left."
"We reserved a cabana for 6 as a Bachelorette party. It was so awesome! Our server Alexis was extremely attentive and very nice, we loved her. The games were so fun and the drinks and food were delicious. Thanks for making our Bride's day a fun one!!"
