The food was disgusting and overpriced for tiny portions The liquor tasted like grain cheap alcohol in any mixed drink The servers and pool waitress are not good at customer service and give annoyed responses when asking for things. Skip the pool if your at this hotel and goto the beach 5 minutes away"

"Opening Day for the 2023 season Borgata Outdoor Pool on May 26th for Memorial Day Weekend was one of the WORST experiences ever! What an absolute DISASTER! The staff were NOT even close to being ready or prepared! It was just embarrassing! The pool was supposed to be scheduled to open PROMPTLY at 9 am and MANY hotel guests had indeed arrived at that time. There was actually a line of guests who were ready and waiting. But unfortunately, the hotel still had Outdoor Pool employees who did NOT show up for work at the pool for their opening shifts until AFTER 9 am! These workers should have arrived at least 2 hours before opening time, to make sure everything was set up! This caused the pool to not be ready and not open until almost an hour LATE. Then once they did finally open, it was quite obvious that there were even more problems. The pool itself was still dirty and needed more cleaning. The pool bar was missing a lot of the necessary essential ingredients to make all of the beverages (mixed drinks/cocktails) on the menu. There were also maintenance issues that required Borgata engineering staff to be called in order come in person and try to fix BOTH structural AND operational issues that were not working properly. The Pool Manager by the name of Faith was full of EXCUSES and she should honestly be demoted or replaced with someone with more experience, because she clearly demonstrated in SO MANY ways that she was in over her head and has absolutely no business running the show. All of these issues SHOULD have been discovered, addressed, and fully resolved BEFORE Opening Day! Therefore, Faith either does not have the appropriate skills to get the job done correctly and/or does not have the properly educated/trained staff necessary on her team to make the Pool experience be enjoyable and successful. Her namesake is ironic, because after seeing how bad things were with the blatantly poor execution of Opening Day: I would not put any faith in her to actually follow through or deliver anything worth a substantial value. The only thing she could do was give lip service and apologize for all of the short comings. It was a total train wreck epic FAILURE and a complete utter FIASCO! The staff should be ashamed of their awful performance and terrible service. I would NEVER go back to the Borgata Outdoor Pool again unless they paid me a significant amount of money to give them another chance. It is NOT worth all of the trouble and aggravation! They are certainly not up to par with the Outdoor Pool experiences of any Hotel Casinos in Las Vegas, that is for sure!"
