Island Waterpark 801 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ 08401

"I took my children here on New Years Day 2024. My kids love water parks. We waited until the winter due to pricing $$, when it first opened it was $100 admission. Decided to wait. Our tickets were $49.99 All day 12pm-7pm with free parking credit. (boardwalk prices). Small typical water park, with food court, tables and chairs. The food was your typical boardwalk choices and prices: cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, French fries etc… they have an adult pool-bar. It was worth the money."

"Even in winter you can still enjoy this! Remember to bring towels or you'll spend 20 plus bucks on them! The adult section is great. Good drinks and water slides! There are pools for all ages! The water slides are fun! If you wanna try the surf be prepared to fall lol there is an extreme water slide didn't get to try because my daughter couldn't go on. But the lazy river was me and my daughters favorite!!! You just get to float with a tube and let the current move you! There is food here but it is expensive... water 4$, pizza 8$ a slice.. ice cream etc recommend stopping in."

"We arrived at the water park a little after noon on a Friday. It was not busy at all, we had no lines and it was amazing getting to go right on each slide! The water park was very clean and could see staff constantly sweeping and cleaning up. All the staff was helpful and directed us to the ticketing counter, just a note that even if you buy tickets online you have to go to ticket counter for your wrist bands and it's not near the entrance to the park. The slides were all fun and perfect for our 9yr old. He had a blast on slide island! Food options are good enough for a water park and prices are what I would expect for the location. We went back on Saturday and it was busier but still great. Some constructive feedback, we kind of missed having a wave pool that a lot of other water parks have, I hope they plan to extend further into the empty space with more amenities! It would be excellent if they had a towel stand like most other water parks have. Lastly it felt a little cooler in there than other parks we have been to but it was manageable! Overall we had a great time."

"My family went on a Monday and it was a wonderful experience’ my kids had a great time. The only issue we had was the “lifeguards”. There was a situation and they completely disregarded it. A child fell thru one of the floats on the lazy river and my husband and friend had to rescue the child while the staff did nothing and when we told them they completely ignored us… not a thank you . Not nothing.. it was like we weren't even there. But other than that…. My children and friends we went with had a great time!!"

"It's very modern and clean. The walking surfaces in the water areas such as the slides, steps, etc. They are very soft and comfortable for your feet. I would say their slides are kinda of like thrill ones. They are very fast and fun. I wouldn't recommend going here with kids under like ages 6 or 7 (unless they are free as there really isn't much for them to enjoy). They offer discount pricing from 5 pm to close, which is more than enough time to enjoy everything here. I would not recommend going prior to 5pm/paying full price. I feel it's too expensive for what it has to offer."
