"just TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH COZYSUITES!! had us waiting at least 2 HOURS calling/emailing/texting just to get verified and had to wait for them to CALL BACK… So not worth it!!!! the ROOM definitely need some serious updating… you’re so much better of booking the regular rooms at showboat hotel."

"Showed up in room. Garbage and wet towels all over the floor. The door was broken and the beds were unmade and covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the ones advertised. Run down and very poorly kept. When we tried to contact them for a refund they made us was 5 hours for a response. Each hour we would check in with them only to be told that all the managers were asleep or they were “exploring options”. They don’t care about you once your money is in their pocket. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to stay with cozysuites. Thankfully I got a full refund through AirBnB because of safety concerns. Avoid at all costs."

"Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else in Atlantic City. They have no personnel on staff, they run a skeleton cleaning crew, and rent the hotel space from Showboat who will not help you if there’s an issue because it’s not their hotel anymore. We checked in; the first room was dirty, the second room still HAD PEOPLE as well as their stuff in it, the third room was dirty, and the fourth room had no air conditioning."

"Check in was smooth but we got to are room and it didn't have any running water so they had us wait 4 hours and we missed are dinner. So we got to the new room no microwave or trash cans no coffee maker. So next morning we got up they told us it would be takin care of all we got was a trash can.we had to order out the whole time . The hotel and the room are not the same company we had to call a 3rd party every time."
