"We went for a short birthday weekend, and boy, did we have fun! The room was stunning, the water park was thrilling, the arcade was exciting, and the whole experience was amazing!! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has a day or two and wants to have a lot of family fun!!"

"This place is a DUMP! The profit must’ve went to the water park because apparently it’s not in the room. Stains and dried toothpaste when I entered my room. The carpet is disgusting in the rooms and the hallway. Also the rooms are very dated. For the hotel to accommodate families there is not one microwave in the entire hotel. I can understand not having one in each room however there isn’t even one on each floor. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone resulting in having to take the long trip to the front desk. I checked in on a the Friday around 8pm and multiple restaurants were already closed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We had an older room but the view was beautiful, next time ill be sure to stay in a new room. Was clean. Hotel is easy to navigate Location is great Hardrock and Ocean are a quick walk. All hotels have great restaurant options"

"After reading the reviews on line. I booked a room in the bourbon tower… To the nake eye the rooms look amazing. However, after having to switch my room because the brand new renovated door and television was working. My check in took three hours. I was so over it, I decided to call it the night. Until I spent another two hours trying to get a hold of staff because the sofa bed mattress where my son was to sleep had dried piss on it. It took the following day at 1230 for housekeeping to come remove the mattress. But once I went to speak to a manager I got the run around. The staff here is invisible. My suggestion to all is visit the water park but not to stay at this hotel isn’t worth the time or your money. unless you like broken elevators, no towels, sheets, and no help by those who works the front desk. Over priced food and drinks and no real management…"

"Do not stay here unless you want to pay a lot of money for a sauna of a room. The temperature was between 77-80. Never came and looked at it. Said they give me another room on different floor. We spoke to people on that floor and they said their room was 80 also but they had a balcony so keep door open. I went with my older children for Christmas. They only give 2 towels and was suppose to be there for 3 nights. They said they ran out. No blow dryer. Ask for one never got it. Has to go to seat for toilet paper that had none. Desk people are rude. My husband was so hot the his feet were sweaty and he slid on the tile floor and hit his head and mouth. My daughter and husband in another room on different floor was also same temperature. They went and slept in their car. She couldn’t breathe. They did nothing to help us. So we left and had to get another hotel well merry Christmas to us having to pay for another room at the last minute. And parking was 25 a night. The hard rock was only 10 which is right next door. No compensation was even offered. Also I am being checked for head lice."
