"TENANTS AND VENDORS BEWARE! This place was in charge of managing our apartment complex for maybe a few months - we have lived here for YEARS and during the time they took over had the worst experience of our lives. They never took care of the grounds or issues that came up; trash littered the whole property CONSTANTLY. When they left, they not tell the residents the property was being handed off to new management and in fact told residents to come back for promised things like KEYS and FIXES on the first day that the new management was taking over, all while knowing full well that they didn't leave these things for the new management or even any notes about these issues and empty promises. Oh, and they do not pay their vendors - the new management tried to call the last company that did service for the property for HVAC only to learn the Gershen group has a $14,000 outstanding bill. GERSHEN GROUP / 'MODERATE INCOME MANAGEMENT COMPANY' HAS NO BUSINESS BEING IN BUSINESS, if they take over where you live - RUN."
