"Our family was relocated to Princeton and my request list was short. I asked my husband just find somewhere that will allow our two pups and a window in the kitchen with gas stove. He picked this place because of location to shopping and great schools. Bonus about this location is you can walk to the shopping center for your groceries, coffee, bakery, pediatricians office, drug store, a play ground located behind shopping center and different places to eat. Mainly just wanted to give a shout out to the staff of this Avalon location. Brian J. as been the main person taking care of our move and he made the transition to a new place so smooth.He has also been helpful with teaching us the resident app and patiently set up our accounts and his problem solving skills are appreciated. Overall the office staff has been so great and helpful with all our needs. At this location the townhomes and apartments being newly built we don't have many issues that come with an older build. We, however, are provided a staff of maintenance that has been here to give us support on little things that have come up. Communication has been made easy with a resident app that we can right away report any issues that arise and Glenwood or Delvin come ready with their extensive knowledge and ability to fix all. Almost 6 months in and We are happy we moved to this location. Its been a great experience."

I haven’t had any major maintenance issues, but with new construction, there’s bound to be little things here and there. The Avalon Princeton Circle team is impressive. They respond quickly and professionally to any questions or issues that come up. Dalvin and Glenwood on the maintenance team have been amazing, too. "Brian Johnston was so helpful, he answered all my questions with such great attitude. Everyone I encountered was smiling and very welcoming. I felt comfortable and secure with my decision in my future residents. The process was also very easy as they do all the hard work for you, which helps so much. When he gave me a tour I fell in love with the property, everything is new, well constructed, and well thought out. The amenities that they offer are amazing as well. My overall experience is definitely a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this property."
