"This place has gone down hill. I have had the same ongoing issue with my upstairs neighbors for years! They have quiet hours that have not been respected. They constantly stomp and bang on the floor throughout the night. I have contacted management the police to no avail. I can't remember the last time I got a full night's rest. It is really a sad and unsafe environment to pay to live in. Beware ⚠️"
