"I travel for work by myself and always rely on reviews to decide where to stay, so wanted to share that this hotel was good to go. Had a small issue with the blinds in my first room and they easily moved me to the room right next door. Service was friendly and rooms were clean."

"We booked a room for about a 6 night stay. Housekeeping never came in to clear out our trash or make the beds, even after we had requested it. Our room was right by the elevator so everytime it was used, we would hear it. It also made some weird sounds when the elevator was used. I went to try to get some ice and the room was super hot and the ice machine had some brown stuff coming out of it, maybe rust? The pros were that the room was comfy and the hotel itself always smelled nice. Its in a good location."

"We just stayed at this Hampton. Other than it being a convenient location it was not a good experience. Housekeeping didn't fill any of the shower or sink product dispensers and there was only 1 bar of soap so no soap in the shower unless you knew to check. When we mentioned this we were told that management has spoken to housekeeping many times and they still don't do this. TV didn't work when we arrived after a 10 hour drive so it was the last thing we wanted to deal with and although Thomas was able to get it working, it took time and this apparently is something that happens all the time. The beds are old, soft and you roll to the side no matter where on the bed you are. Breakfast was the worst we have ever found at any Hampton especially the hot breakfast offerings which were inedible. Other than bottled water, there was no other water available as is the case whether it is a water bottle refillable machine or a fresh water dispenser. Room was also very noisy even though we requested a quiet room. It's right on busy Route 1 a heavily used road and the room as no sound buffers. It was also difficult to regulate the temperature in the room and the privacy shade stuck and didn't work well. Staff offered the absolute minimum except Thomas, the night person who was the only person who seemed to care."
