"Leasing process is easy and management accommodating. However after moving in, they become unresponsive to request to fix fixtures that are broken prior to lease was signed. Maintenance is very very slow to replace old and unsanitary fixtures. The toilet bowl was so scratched that feces stuck on it and couldn’t be clean, and the wash basin is broken with paste sloppily put on. So far maintenance and management have not responded to request to replace. We requested walk-thru before lease signing but management was dragging its feet in setting up an appointment. I guess I know why now. So please make sure they fix everything before signing the lease."

"I want to share my experience with Shore Hill management especially regarding Michelle Campanella. Michelle is on point. Every time I call she always picks up the line. Michelle has helped me with a couple of situations regarding my mother. Example: My mother was not picking up the phone for hours and I requested someone to go check on her. I called Michelle and within minutes she had security there to find out if my mom was ok. Thank God everything worked out. She is there for the tenants and loves her job. Michelle is the best. Her team is also excellent Gail, Jenny and Robert the super. All wonderful and they take care of the tenants with a smile. I also want to say that the building is clean and just recently was renovated and it looks wonderful. Shore Hill management kudos to you all. Great team!"

Building is well kept, clean and maintained under the attentive supervision and endless hard work of Robert and his great maintenance team staff. The professionalism, knowledge and patience of our Community Manager, Michelle, is meticulous and exceptional. Together with Gail, Certified Occupancy Specialist, whose work ethics are immeasurable and so detailed-oriented, as well as the entire outstanding office staff.
