"Wonderful place! We visited the Mooring last summer and would absolutely recommend staying there! The owner is very nice and the house is beautiful! We enjoyed the beautiful room as well as sitting on the porch having breakfast or a cup of coffee from the coffee bar with delicious homemade cookies. Great location to explore Cape May and to go to the beach. Would love to visit again!"

"In a word, Fantastic! Our go to B&B in Cape May was the John Wesley Inn, but since "Covid", they no longer rent rooms so we had to find a new place. The Mooring is a beautiful inn that is impeccable in its decore and cleanliness. Amy & KC are excellent hosts, took care of all our needs, and supplied a delicious breakfast each morning. We like to "porch sit", so Room 10 with its semi-private ocean-view front porch was the perfect choice. Large room with nice sitting area, comfy bed, and spacious bathroom. We felt like we were at home! We'll definitely return."

"Perfect location not too far from the beach and not too far from Washington Street and the beautiful Victorian homes all around it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. Will definitely make a return visit."

"Wondeful place to stay! The staff is quite friendly and welcoming. The owner Amy is awesome! It's a block from the beach and close to the restaurants on Ocean Dr. A short walk to the stores on Washington Street. They offer beach chairs you can use and free access to bikes. The breakfast was delicious every morning, even though there is a single offering each day (not sure if they allow substitutions because we liked the menu each day). Suggest booking early to get their best rooms. We were in room 11, it was nice enough for the weekend, but i suggest get a better, bigger room for a longer stay."

"From the moment I walked into the Mooring the host Kasey was warm and hospitable. The Inn’s location is central, a quick jaunt to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated. I went in December and the Inn was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was wonderful. My husband and the other couple we went with all want to return. Customer service was outstanding/. We left a coat and it was mailed to us out of state. I did not get to meet the.new owner, but kudos for a great B&B!"
